Blown away by their customer service and warm welcome upon arrival. The experienced dental team and considerate manager Cain made it my best visit to the dentist in years. highly recommended!

I have suffered from "dentist phobia" all my life so I was very nervous on my first visit to K1 Dental with a very swollen and sore face. I met Dr Jacklyn Fahey who put me at ease immediately and went about rectifying my problems. Dr Fahey is a professional and caring dentist who always puts the patient's health and comfort first.
The receptionists and dental nurses are also fantastic to deal with and I highly recommend this practice and especially Dr Fahey. Another plus is the clinic is opened seven days a week

I visited this clinic on a Sunday when my regular dentist was closed. The lady at the front desk, the dentist and the nurse were very helpful and understanding with all of my questions and fears, over the phone and in person. I have since recommended Dr Cormac and his staff to my colleagues, friends and family.

My 2nd emergency visit to have another tooth broken to the gumline restored if possible. Just like the first time, not only was it possible but an amazingly good result. Wonderful restoration work done by Jamie, caring helpful attention in the surgery and terrific service and communication all round. What a fabulous dental practice, especially when you have a crisis. K1 Dental has never let me down. Kim is the most fantastic hygienist I have ever had - caring and detailed. Dr Jia is amazing as well - patient and amazing with pain management. I have had bad experiences with other dental offices in the past which left me nervous to care for my teeth. I am so thankful I found K1 Dental and I am feeling good about my teeth!

What can I say! Dr Jia is the best dentist that I've ever had. She addressed my concerns and apprehension - I've never handled a dentist but she was extremely professional and communicated very clearly to me what she was doing and planned to do. Dr Jia worked out a treatment plan for a particular case and executed superbly. I could not recommend a health professional more strongly.. I have already recommended my friends and parents to Dr Jia and they have given similar feedback. Her team of nurses are also fantastic.

Dr Jia is amazing. I have a huge fear of dentists and had been avoiding going for 10 yrs, she managed my treatment and anxiety beautifully with both professionalism and sensitivity. Would recommend to anyone, particularly if you have a fear of dentists!
