I am Henry Dsouza , born in India year 1958 oct 28 .i studied junior college, in St.Marys college, shirva , Udupi dist. Karnataka state , in year 1976.and i moved to Mumbai, and worked for Taj Group( Hotel President) as a captain till 1981 April. then i moved to Iraq worked there also 4 a five star international chain Hotel , Melia Spanish Group for 4yrs. again i went 2 Oman as asenior Captain and worked for 3yrs. and came back worked in India as a captain for 2yrs, then went to Dubai and worked as a Captain for a super deluxe hotel caleeed chicago beach , then i went to saudi as a catering manager worked for 22yrs, for all International companys contract of food , acomodation and maintainance , during this time i work3d for US Army contract in Iraq as a project catering manager , for 5yrs then i camre back 2 india went to Abudhabi 4 a British catering company as a catering manager for a year. after that i am working in India in Mangalore as a catering manager and duty Manager and still on job
